Tuolumne County’s Regional Transportation Plan (2024) and Supplemental Environmental Impact Report - Update

Tuolumne County Transportation Council (TCTC) has released drafts of the Regional Transportation Plan (RTP) and Supplemental Environmental Impact Report (SEIR), which will be open for public comment until Monday, November 25, 2024.

The RTP is the blueprint that guides investments for all forms of travel including driving, transit, biking, walking, air, and rail, as well as the movement of goods and services throughout greater Tuolumne County. The plan is updated approximately every five years with input from community members, business and community leaders, and government agencies.

The SEIR evaluates the potential environmental effects of the proposed roadway and circulation improvements of the 2024 Regional Transportation Plan (RTP) (Proposed Project) for Tuolumne County, California. This SEIR augments the previously certified Programmatic Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for the 2016 RTP (State Clearinghouse #2015122039).
