Mono Way Operational & Safety Project

With the completion of East Sonora Bypass Stage II in 2013, the former SR 108 segment along Mono Way has been relinquished to Tuolumne County, to maintain and manage in the future. A Cooperative Agreement has been executed between the County of Tuolumne and Caltrans to facilitate the relinquishment, and identify the project area. The Mono Way Safety Improvement Project has been developed to enhance the safety and operation of the roadway as a Major Collector.
